• Position: Business Development Manager – Key Account Team
• Location: New York City
• Compensation Range: $200k to $500k total compensation (salary & annual bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Development: Conduct comprehensive market research in North America/Middle East to identify potential customers and key industry players. Develop and execute strategies to expand local markets.

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and establish contact with potential clients, mainly large institutions, to understand their investment needs and requirements. Establish and maintain close working relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business cooperation.

• Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts by actively promoting the company’s products and services. Provide attractive sales proposals to potential clients, targeting their investment objectives and demonstrating the benefits of our products.

• Marketing and Brand Building: Work with the marketing team to develop region-specific marketing materials and campaigns. Participate in industry events, conferences and social events to promote company brand and increase market visibility.

• Market Trend Analysis: Monitor industry dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the North America/Middle East region. Provide regular market analysis and feedback to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

• Cross-department coordination: Coordinate with cross-department teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and a successful product launch.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience at a top financial services firm, technology firm, consulting firm, or other Fortune 500 company
• Bachelors or higher from a top 30 university in the US (MBA preferred)
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speak/read)
• Currently in the US and willing to relate to NYC full time
• Well versed in China and US Culture both in a business and social setting
• Highly passionate about business development/networking/developing and managing business relationships
