FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Foundation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia in Wichita Falls. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will need to be knowledgeable about our inventory, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. This is a commission based position with an earning potential that can match or exceed other professional positions in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and financing terms with customers
• Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers
• Keep up-to-date on new products and features in the automotive industry
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and showroom

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass drug and background screens
