Highly regarded family-owned Steel Fabrication Business based in Western Sydney, servicing NSW. They specialize in delivering complex projects for leading building firms and architects. They are at the forefront of prefabricated stairway design for large multi-story buildings. Their 100+ tonne workshop has state of the art High Volume CNC beamline and Plasma Cutter.

About The Role

This role requires a career-focused, energetic, hands-on individual with 1-2yrs construction or trade experience, willing to learn and develop the skills and experience required for Project Manager with a view to grow towards Senior Project Management.

Requirements For This Role

• 1-2 years’ experience in hands-on construction or trade
• Willingness to travel to sites 2hrs away (for the first 8-12mths)
• Must have ability to take direction, and work autonomously and in Teams
• Good computer competency
