Building Checker / Site Carpenter

About the role

Your primary function will be to check and document the build quality of timber and/or steel frames in houses. Do quality checks, document and record the required steps outlined in the software. Provide guidance relating to residential framing and on the building site.

Requirements for this role

• Australian experience checking build quality of house frames.
• Knowledge in timber and/or steel house frames.
• Site supervision experience mainly on residential building sites.
• Computer literacy.
• Professional communication skills.
