Forum Health network is in need of a reliable, customer-oriented Medical Receptionist to join the team.

Job Description

The Medical Receptionist will provide customer service to our patients and administrative support to our Medical team. This is a fast paced Medical Office with a high volume of calls and patients. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8am to 1pm This position serves as the company’s first impression to all of our patients and visitors, we expect the person in this role to both dress and act professionally at all times.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma/GED

Excellent customer service skills

EMR Experience is a plus

Excellent phone etiquette

Detail oriented

Ability to Multitask

Team Player

Integrative medicine experience a plus

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties

Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet Patients
• Answer incoming calls, faxes and emails
• Taking detailed messages for the Medical staff
• Provide each patient with excellent , personalized service
• Scheduling appointments
• Invoicing and inventory control
• Accounts Receivable
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Patient documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
