Position Summary

The Resort Sales Coordinator shall work under the general supervision of the Director of Sales and Public Relations and is responsible for coordinating and entering all pertinent information for groups as assigned by the Director of Sales. The incumbent is also responsible for welcoming groups as needed and working closely with the Director of Sales and Public Relations and the Banquet Manager in finalizing details for events held at Fortune Bay Resort Casino.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications – Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business office setting involving customer services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree in sales, business, or a related field.
• Sales experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.
