Role Purpose:

Fortnum & Mason are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher for 3 Months as part of the Human Resources Department to join the Fortnum’s Family! The Researcher is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to submitting reports on the recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities:

• Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
• Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
• Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
• Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR Department.
• Participating in recruitment events, such as assessment centres, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.

We expect the successful candidate to be:

• Supporting TAP with screening candidates by phone and email.
• Booking high volume interviews with very busy diaries across the business, including booking interview rooms where applicable. This will also include candidate communication to ensure smooth interview process.
• Assisting TAP with search initiatives using several external job boards and partners including LinkedIn recruiter tool
• Ensuring all systems and trackers are up to date and information entered is 100% accurate, e.g. sending rejections to unsuitable candidates, advertising job vacancies
• Supporting Talent Acquisition Partner with weekly reporting
• Responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for each candidate employed within your remit, all new starter admin, security for staff passes, onboarding
• ETW checking / chasing / ensuring COVID adjusted checks completed
• Supporting Talent Team with ad hoc recruitment events including industry and candidate events, job fairs and assessment centres.
• Management of referral payments every 4 weeks, working closely with payroll to monitor accuracy of scheduled payments to employees for successful referrals
• Supporting the TAP to gather future content for social channels
• Responding to general recruitment inbox enquires daily
