Job Title: Senior Vice President of Marketing

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 plus bonus & benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives for, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team and organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to enhance marketing collaborations and maximize exposure.
• Drive the development and execution of digital marketing, social media, PR, event marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in team management in the sports industry – essential
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement – essential
• Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices in the sports industry
• Previous experience working in the sports industry within the last 5 years, with a strong understanding of its unique dynamics and challenges
