Formulife, Inc Hiring for Account Manager – Contract Manufacturing Full Time

The account manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers, connecting with the sales team, and stakeholders. The incumbent will answer customer queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

**Experience in manufacturing a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare s on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Experience in nutraceuticals a plus
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION:

• High School or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field preferred
• At least three years of related experience highly preferred

QUALIFICATIONS: If you apply for this position, you must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for an employer sponsored visa (work permit).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is sedentary, requiring an extended period of sitting or standing to perform the work, filing and recordkeeping. There may be some infrequent movement from area-to-area to transport items weighing no more than 15 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to various outdoor and indoor environments (i.e. general office, industrial complexes, food processing plants, semiconductor labs, clean rooms, etc., some of which can be hazardous). Temperature variances, high noise levels, and dusty environments may be encountered.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
