About the opportunity:

As a People Stream collective; we very much view this role as the glue that holds us all together! You’ll be supporting a purpose driven team and help us achieve our project goals and deliverables through effective project administration. You’ll be supporting the end to end journey of our candidates as they join our team. As this project excellerates you’ll broaden your HR skills across recruitment, onboarding, training, and diversity and inclusion practices.

You’ll demonstrate your impact by:

• Prepare for our workshops, forums, and meetings: this includes building of agendas and presentations and coordinating inputs from stakeholders;
• Ensuring all our meeting administration is captured with all actions, risk and issues logs are maintained;
• Coordinate the end-to-end team member experience for recruitment, onboarding, and training;
• Collaborate with stakeholders (both internally / externally) and ensure that all the logistics and necessary collateral is in place for a great team experience;
• First point of contact and support to program/project stakeholders on all our People Stream activities

Some attributes we would like to see:

This is a project that will be moving at pace – so we are looking for an individual who is comfortable with all the usual pivots, re-alignments, and is comfortable to lean into the grey! You may already have some form of HR administrative experience or come from a more traditional project coordinator background. Either way you will have the support of a team who will coach and mentor you along the way so we would love to hear from applicants who see their long term career goals within the HR space.
