About the opportunity:
As a People Stream collective; we very much view this role as the glue that holds us all together! You’ll be supporting a purpose driven team and help us achieve our project goals and deliverables through effective project administration. You’ll be supporting the end to end journey of our candidates as they join our team. As this project excellerates you’ll broaden your HR skills across recruitment, onboarding, training, and diversity and inclusion practices.

This is a project that will be moving at pace – so we are looking for an individual who is comfortable with all the usual pivots, re-alignments, and is comfortable to lean into the grey! You may already have some form of HR administrative experience or come from a more traditional project coordinator background. Either way you will have the support of a team who will coach and mentor you along the way so we would love to hear from applicants who see their long term career goals within the HR space.
