Forever New is embarking on an exciting adventure to refresh the way we capture and promote the essence of our thriving employment experience to the world. As part of the People and Culture (P&C) team, this newly created role will live and breathe our values, having creative license to build engaging content that celebrates our most important asset, our people.

Working closely with the GM of P&C and our talented Marketing team, you will design and execute an engaging, purposeful team focused content calendar. Whether you’ve just finished school and are social media royalty, completed formal training, or have your own small business and are looking to supplement your income; this dynamic role will unleash your creative flair and further develop your content creation skills.

We’re seeking an individual who is approachable, energetic, self-driven with a positive attitude and a passion for photography, videography and/or graphic design (maybe all three!). This role is being offered part-time (3 or 4 days per week) on a fixed term 12-month contract (with the option to be made permanent dependent on successful outcomes).

• Create/curate visual and written content (video, photography, blogs, interviews, etc) for internal and external communications, employment brand campaigns, recruitment campaigns and social media channels
• Plan, schedule and post content on Forever You (internal communication system) and social media (predominantly on LinkedIn)
• Audit, maintain and update our careers page and LinkedIn life page
• Own the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Review analytics and create s on key metrics

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Confident communicator with an engaging, authentic view
• A creative and innovative thinker with proven experience in marketing and content creation
• Experienced in social media management tools and techniques
• Experience in photography, videography and or graphic design is highly desirable
• Confident in coordinating the creation of content for employment branding campaigns across social media channels (LinkedIn, etc)
• Self-sufficient, flexible and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic and deadline driven business
• Confident in coordinating and managing stakeholders during a shoot experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• A friendly, warm and approachable nature
• Ability to work autonomously but also love collaborating as part of a team
• Creative and resourceful with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude
