Forever Hiring for Assistant Manager, Inbound Logistics at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work with the F21 DC, 3PL partners and internal business partners to track shipments, arrange drayage, and coordinate with Distribution Centers to schedule inbound appointments. Maintain ing to update business partners, as needed.
• Approve origin bookings, managing transit times and critical receipt dating.
• Utilize systems to provide daily, weekly and monthly ing to logistics team and internal customers.
• Accurately process paperwork for POE receipts.
• Utilize 3PL systems, company systems, and Excel to assist in tracking inbound shipments from origin to distribution centers and other business ing. Identify and address issues/opportunities.
• Maintain vendor manual in conjunction with business partners in Production, Social Compliance, Distribution Center, Inbound Logistics, and Product Compliance as it relates to Distribution Center activities. Onboard new vendors.
• Oversee vendor compliance program with regard to shipping and trade compliance.
• Assist with / oversee export paperwork creation.
• Participate in HTS assignment and duty audits, as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
• 2-3 years Logistics/Supply Chain experience preferred
• Experience in completing regulatory requirements, forms, licenses and certifications affecting imported and exported products, and knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff Classification preferred

• Remote optional: Mondays & Fridays
• On-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Must be able to commute to DTLA office in the Fashion District or to our DC in Perris, CA
