About the Role

ing to the General Manager, Consulting you will be working with some of the most influential brands in Australia to help them better deliver to customer needs and grow market share in the financial services industry. Your colleagues will be some of the brightest marketing, research and analytical minds in Australia.

The Director will be responsible for growing client relationships through collaboration and strategic advisory. You will lead a team to design and deliver evidence-based solutions and insights to help our clients make bold marketing, brand and customer-facing strategy, tactics and action.

• Lead a portfolio with your team through the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
• Manage both ad hoc and tracking research programs for some of our largest Forethought clients.
• Develop and grow current and new relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with clients at the executive level, understanding their business’s needs and what Forethought can offer.
• Lead, upskill and inspire a team with an emphasis on quality outcomes and continuous improvement, passionately developing the careers of your colleagues.

What you will bring to the role:

• 6 – 8 years of proven consulting account management and commercial experience within an agency environment with experience in utilising consumer insight.
• Experience with superannuation, banking or insurance industries is essential.
• Experience with different research methodologies in both qualitative and quantitative fields (brand positioning, customer experience, offer optimisation).
• Proven success in business development, growing existing accounts and new business by linking clients’ business needs with proven research delivery and outcomes.
• Proven capability to understand complex marketing, brand, and customer experience requirements, particularly within the banking, finance, superannuation and/or insurance industry.
• Track record of building, leading and motivating a high-performing team and passionate about sharing your knowledge to develop their careers.
• Ability to proactively identify resourcing requirements and allocate resources to key project teams.
• Prior experience with financial targets.
