Project Manager

Forest Roofs is seeking a Sales Rep/Project Manager to join our growing team. We are roofing company that specializes in hail restoration. Right now there are hundreds of thousands of roofs in the Denver metro that need to be replaced due to recent hail storms. The salesman’s job is to meet with clients, inspect their roofs, sell them on our services, and then manage the project through completion.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire 1 more sales rep. We are a company that has built a solid reputation around the front range the past couple years that is growing rapidly! Most of our work is insurance restoration from hail storms and at the moment Denver has hundreds of thousands of roofs that need to be replaced for this reason.

We offer paid training to get you off of your feet. There is no experience necessary.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission sales position after your paid training. You will be paid 10% of your gross sales with $5,000 bonus at $500k and $15,000 at 1,000,000. 500k consist of about 21 roofs. We have experienced reps that have sold 115 roofs in a year from July to December. At around 42 roofs you would make $120,000 with all of your expenses paid (truck, gas, travel etc.)

We grew a lot last year by acquiring an old roofing company in Kalispell Montana and we are rocking up there too. There are always opportunities to work storms with us and if it doesn’t happen in Denver we will go find it.

Our commission structure is 10% of your gross sales with a $5,000 bonus at $500k and $15000 bonus at $1,000,000.

We are investing heavily in marketing on top of what is already coming through the door and leads will not be split between a large number of people. We like to keep it small and tight and there will be plenty of leads but we still like to self generate as well. There will be cold-calling of different sorts.

We also have a material runner/job supervisor to make your job easier as well as a back office.

We are a fun place to work where you make your own schedule so you can enjoy the freedom to do the things that you want to do! A lot of our guys spend the winters/early spring traveling, hunting and fishing; whatever you want. I used to make a 6 figure income and then backpack around the world for 6 months out of the year. Roofing is the kind of industry that allows you more freedom than any other profession while still earning an extremely high income.

You are given a company truck and gas card as well as your traveling expenses paid if you work out of town. Right now though there is definitely no need to work out of town.

This is a w2 employee position.
