Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently looking for a Scheduler for our nursing department to assist in providing quality nursing care to residents; coordinates scheduling of RN, LPN, C.N.A within the nursing department, as well as with other departments; s to the Director of Nursing,

Essential Job Functions:

• Computer skills required.
• Provide excellent customer service with staff, families, residents, and vendors.
• Organization skills a must.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
• Responsible for daily nursing schedules to meet regulations and labor.
• Dependability a must
• Experience in scheduling but will be providing training on our systems.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

This position requires a variety of activity levels including frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, crouching, occasional sitting, rarely crawling and climbing. The employee may be required to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma required or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience within a skilled nursing facility and ability to provide proof of such experience.
