Salary:              £50,000-£55,000 + £5k car allowance + package

The Company:

Our client is a successful and fast growing main contractor with an annual turnover of over £100m. The company specialise in a range of Defence and Data Centre projects typically up to £30m in value within a secure environment. The company has an excellent project pipeline and has been attracting the leading construction professionals in the region to join their rapidly growing business. 

Site Manager, The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Engineer ready to make the step up into management, working on a large new build Data Centre project within a security cleared environment. You will predominantly come from a Civil Engineering background having worked extensively with concrete structures and groundworks. 

Site Manager, The Person 

• Experienced in NEC contracts and admin
• Be financially aware
• Be current on Asta Software 
• Be prepared to work in partnerships and working in secure environments
• Have SMSTS first aid and CSCS .
• Very experienced in Concrete works, reinforcement QA

  Test and inspection plans
  Be a great communicator
  Less than half an hour from Corsham.
