At Foresight, the Practice Coordinator is responsible as the primary point of contact for our office. In this position, you will act as the liaison between members, providers, and clinical staff, providing essential support to ensure smooth daily operations. We are seeking kind, flexible, people-first individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic to help run our office and provide exceptional care to our clients. This role will be based in-office with a schedule of Monday -Thursday 8:30am- 5:30pm and Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

As a Practice Coordinator, You Will

• Opening the office before we open and closing at the end of the day
• Coordinating calendars for multiple providers with great attention to detail
• Ensuring members have completed all necessary paperwork prior to being seen
• Check in and out for both, telehealth and in office appointments
• Screening and appropriately scheduling new patient and existing patient appointments
• Collecting and entering accurate insurance and demographic information for members
• Coordinating and maintaining the calendar with pharmaceutical representatives
• Answering phone calls and managing inboxes both promptly and professionally.
• Working collaboratively with providers and our clinical team
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the clinic and workspace
• Troubleshooting minor IT needs
• Collecting copays/ deductibles

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Medical Office and HIPAA experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in adherence with HIPAA privacy laws
• Reliable and committed to ethical conduct and presentation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively
• Experience with Athena,RingCentral and Google Sites is a plus.
