Located in the heart of the CBD, this is an opportunity for you to use your design and construct passion and knowledge. Most fit-outs are build only; a consultant or external architect leads the design.

The difference is that the designers are in-house; you will work with them and lead and develop projects from the very outset.

The office you will work in has a real buzz and energy, and you can sense something positive is happening. The Directors have a philosophy that we work hard, but there needs to be time for you and not burning the candle at both ends. The salary on offer is up to $200k inclusive of super.

Clients are blue-chip companies who want to change their workspace and create the best office. You will deliver the project and be supported by CA’s, PCs and a Site Manager. Projects are growing in value and range from $2-10m.

A Construction Manager will lead you with a background in D&C who is approachable, friendly and driven to get the best outcomes for clients and the business. The Directors have a great outlook and are accessible. It’s easy to understand and see why this business is quickly developing a reputation as the fitout business of choice on the east coast of Australia.

They have solid processes, use Procore and Hammertech and are always open to new ideas and business improvements. Each quarter, there is training from the Directors on construction methodology.

Each week, there are team meets, coffee catch-ups and lunches where you can discuss your recent experience and use these meetings to get guidance or bounce ideas.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have delivery experience as a Project Manager in fitout. Design experience, particularly with an in-house team, would be advantageous.
