We are based in Sydney CBD but run events across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We run content-centric events bringing senior leaders together to collaborate and learn from each other to overcome common challenges they face in their roles. We partner with solution providers and bring them together with senior leaders from ANZ & and Singapore’s leading organisations. 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team and contribute to our success.

Position Summary:

As a Junior Marketing/Social Media Coordinator at Forefront Events, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing and managing various marketing initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Full-time hybrid role based in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media (mainly LinkedIn) and more. 
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including videos, photos, infographics, blogs, Q&A’s, and more. 
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company’s social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Assist in tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance and generating s.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in the marketing field.
• Great understanding of Canva.
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus, but not required.
