Forefront Dermatology Hiring for Patient Access Representative (Remote Part Time) at Manitowoc, WI Full Time

Overview:
We have an immediate need for a Part Time Central Scheduler in our Scheduling Concierge Department! This position has the option to work remotely, but applicants must be located in a state in which Forefront or an Affiliated Practice has a location.

Part Time Schedules:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 8 Hrs.
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- 8 Hrs.
• Monday, Tuesday, Friday- 8 Hrs.
• M-F 10 AM- 2 PM

This position has the option to work remotely, but applicants must be located in a state in which Forefront or an Affliated Practice has a location. Starting pay for this position is $15.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
Summary

The Central Scheduler is responsible for computer appointment scheduling for all clinics and updating patient personal information and insurance information in the computer. The central scheduling team works with the clinic staff to optimize the providers’ ability to serve patients. There are many opportunities for advancement within the department, including supervisory roles!

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

Call center environment preferred

Ability to multi-task in computer programs required

Excellent telephone customer service skills are required, as there is no face-to-face patient interaction in this role.

Familiarity with computers is very important – staff will learn to use our Electronic Medical Record system, scheduling system and need to be able to navigate the Microsoft Office ® Suite.

Typing speed of 35+ wpm is required and is tested during the interview.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
