Ford & Stanley Talentwise Looking for Overhaul Manager at Belfast Full Time

Ford & Stanley are looking for an organised, process driven individual with project management experience to assist their Belfast based Depot to ensure overhaul services and business objectives are achieved across multiple high-profile projects.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the delivery of activities relating to the provision of clearly defined contractual overhaul services and business objectives. You will work closely with a Materials Manager, and lead a team of Maintenance Engineers, with the primary focus of meeting contractual obligations along with additional opportunity for business development. The role may on occasion involve some UK and Europe travel to engage with other CAF projects or suppliers.

Location (s): Belfast, BT1

Role and Responsibilities:

• Engage with suppliers
• Develop contractual management services in accordance with policies
• Monitor overhaul expenditure and ensure actual spend is in line with contract budgets
• Renew engineering scopes
• Develop tender documents
• Review and plan material forecasts
• Partake in client and technical meetings
• Regular auditing of overhaul activities

 The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience in a highly regulated industry.

Essentials

• Valid UK driving licence
• HND or Project Management qualification in a relevant field
• Strong contract management and client relationship experience

Desirable

• Rail/rolling stock experience

Shift Pattern/ Hours

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
