We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join our Ford Pro People Team and work with us as we scale up our global business at pace. You will be highly organised and be eager to streamline processes to help us improve our employee and candidate experience. Through effective communication and interpersonal skills, you will work with stakeholders from across the business through every part of the employee lifecycle. In this varied role, you will provide support to candidates and colleagues across the European business, therefore the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, combined with curiosity to challenge and deliver improvements.

Your overall responsibilities will be:

• Work closely with hiring managers and assist with scheduling interviews and providing all relevant assessment material.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience through regular status updates.
• Responsible for employee onboarding – including process design and delivery of comprehensive on-boarding plans for new starters.
• Coordinate recruitment processes in our ATS.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience.
• Track all recruiting activity across Europe and provide reports as and when required.
• Greet all candidate interviews held on-site and ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure all information is kept up to date in our HR system and request changes as and when required.
• Work closely with our HR Service Centre to ensure employment contracts are issued in a timely manner.
• Support HR Business Partner team with ad-hoc project work.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a recruitment co-ordination role.
• Proven experience of implementing process improvement / delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Highly organised.
• Deep curiosity and drive to continuously move the business forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Education is important to us; ideally, you’ll have a Degree in a relevant discipline, but if that’s not the case (and you have experience/ skills you feel are relevant and beneficial to the role) we’re interested to hear from you.

This role is based at our Dunton Campus + Hybrid. This role will sit within the Ford Pro People Team working in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
