We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join our Ford Pro People Team and work with us as we scale up our global business at pace. You will be highly organised and be eager to streamline processes to help us improve our employee and candidate experience. Through effective communication and interpersonal skills, you will work with stakeholders from across the business through every part of the employee lifecycle. In this varied role, you will provide support to candidates and colleagues across the European business, therefore the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, combined with curiosity to challenge and deliver improvements.
