ForceMetrics Hiring for Sales Account Executive at New York, United States Full Time

We’re currently looking for an engaging, self-starting Sales Leader who will be pivotal in growing our presence nationwide. You will be the driving force behind selling our first product, aimed at transforming the way police departments and community services engage each other.

You will work closely with ForceMetrics leadership to set and drive go-to-market strategy, establish sales goals, foster customer relationships, and develop and implement processes to successfully bring ForceMetrics to a wide audience. As an early member of the ForceMetrics team, you’ll have many opportunities to forge our best practices and create areas of ownership for yourself.

How You Will Have Impact

• Partner with ForceMetrics leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing ForceMetrics’ presence in public safety agencies nationwide
• Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with leadership to determine goals and targets
• Initiate and nurture relationships with departments, city leaders, and government officials, serving as the key point of contact between ForceMetrics and respective institutions
• Develop and streamline internal sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to customer acquisition
• Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences
• Develop deep familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and its unique uses and advantages to solving real-world public safety and societal problems

Requirements

WHO YOU MIGHT BE

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a small team setting
• 3+ years of sales experience selling public safety software from the initial contact through to the close of the sale
• Experience with HubSpot CRM
• Enjoy working in a lean, fast-paced team where you can take the initiative and generate results every day
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of many
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; must be able to pass a FBI background check
• Willing to undergo background checks in order to work with the highly sensitive data entrusted with us to positively impact the world
• Willing to travel to clients sites
