The Role & Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to start an exciting career in a leading Healthcare Company.

We are seeking a positive, resilient and team-oriented individual to join us as an Allied Medical Recruiter, working as part of our in-house GP recruitment team. You will be engaging with allied health practitioners and medical specialists to bring them into our growing network. Working as part of our established internal recruitment team, you will be targeting HCPs (healthcare professionals) throughout Australia, building a network of contacts, setting up and attending meetings and negotiating contracts.

Your role will be to

• Ascertain recruitment needs, aligned with each Medical Centre’s strategic plan
• Proactively deploy innovative recruitment strategies to generate new leads
• Identify, attract and contract allied health practitioners and medical specialists, who are culturally aligned with the Organisation’s mission
• Achieve FTE targets by managing the end-to-end process of recruitment from lead generation, to negotiation, contracting and commencement
• Develop and maintain a Salesforce database, use Salesforce for the workflow of opportunities and report on pipeline progress
• Building and maintain strong relationships all with internal and external key stakeholders

About You

This role will use your commercial acumen, relationship building and objection handling skills. A confident and hardworking self-starter, you will gain a thorough understanding of our business model and build a reputation for honesty and integrity and be able to share our vision of providing affordable and accessible healthcare to all. Your persistence and exceptional interpersonal skills will see you through any challenges.

You may have come from a highly commercial, fast paced recruitment background with experience in managing candidates end-to-end.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, degree in business or related discipline preferred
• Valid drivers’ licence
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in Managing Client Databases
• Strong understanding of working with HCPs in healthcare sector
• Evidence of working successfully in collaborative environments
