Program Supervisor: Head Registrar

Qualifications:

College Degree preferred; High School diploma accepted

General office and computer skills are necessary

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, students, and school community

Knowledge of database programs

Job Goal:

Provide leadership for maintaining and keeping student records to ensure accurate state data collection reporting, student transcript communication, and other data collection tasks that support the operation of Foothills.

Duties:

• Perform the usual office routines and practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office.
• Maintain system and student records as required.
• Assist with incoming calls and mail.
• Assist with state data collections as required.
• Assist with the registration of new and returning students.
• Assist counselors and principals with scheduling.
• Perform any bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific position.
• Assist school receptionist and site director as necessary.
• Participate in professional learning as assigned.
• Assist with school routines as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of student information.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned for the betterment of Foothills Education Charter High School.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,266.50 per year
