Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and problem-solving experienced Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, with at least 5 years of experience ideally in e-commerce parcel fulfillment or relevant field.

In this role, you will be responsible for improving our logistical fulfilment efficiency in terms of delivery times, package design and warehouse efficiency improvements. You will be joining the FSD leadership team and you will be working closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, customer service, marketing and finance teams to help drive the ultimate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze existing processes, procedures and systems to identify areas for improvement in logistic operations

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations

• Conduct process assessments, mapping, and documentation to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operations

• Develop and implement process metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend solutions

• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial and operations background

• At least 5 years of experience in preferably e-commerce parcel fulfillment field or relevant field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
