Position Summary –
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely operations of the Talent Acquisition function. Establishes partnerships with external vendors and manages those relationships to ensure vendor performance meets our expectations, keeps TA process and procedures updated, provides training on the process, as needed, and monitors recruiting metrics and KPIs.
Partners with internal and external groups to establish and implement employment marketing/branding efforts. Keeps abreast of changes in the industry and makes recommendations on new and innovative ways to improve our process and acquire talent for the brand.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions) –
Work closely with TA leadership and HR analytics to understand priorities and initiatives and determine what data and analysis is most beneficial in supporting organizational efforts
Time Spent 15% Manage relationships with LinkedIn and Indeed and similar job posting sites.
15% Continuous improvement on TA process and procedures.
10% Support retail functions with store metrics related to staffing and retention.
20% Develop reports, prepare analyses, and make predictions based on accurate data.
10% Continuously improve operations by evolving analytics and TA processes and reports.
10% Keep on top of market trends and competitive analysis.
5% Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
10% Ensures end users are trained on the recruiting process, as needed. This includes members of the TA team, hiring managers, and Retail recruiting SMEs.

Basic Qualifications 2+ years TA Operations or related experience Strong written and presentation skills Experience using EXCEL and PowerPoint Negotiations Skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
Education 4-year college degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of college degree

(Skills needed to execute job duties) Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet Search Engines. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate position details and company culture. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner. High energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities. Ability to multi-task and manage requisitions within applicant tracking system and/or job boards. Ability to work a flexible schedule, to be available to speak to candidates at off-hours in the evening or over the weekend
