This role is responsible for maintaining the restaurant and cocktail areas to present a professional image, inspecting food and beverage presentation to maintain quality standards, and assisting in preparing schedules and adjusting staffing levels. The supervisor will motivate and encourage serving team members to up-sell menus, ensure guest service standards are implemented and maintained, and assist in training team members. Responsibilities also include monthly inventories, cost controls, ensuring all food and beverage items are accounted for, and using all equipment in accordance with safety standards. The supervisor will monitor team member performance, rectify deficiencies, and maintain a high commitment to guest service standards.
