Folsom Insurance Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Mabank, TX Full Time

We are looking for a Customer Service Represenative to join our team who is detail-oriented and well organized. This position requires a diverse set of skills, including working independently and as part of a team, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate staff members
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in regard to billing questions and call bill pays daily.
• Notify staff members when appointments arrive and escort guests to appropriate office
• Receive incoming mail and packages
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to function well in a high pressure, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to use sound judgment to comprehend multiple variables to solve problems, improve processes and to accurately forecast future jobs.
• Organized and detail-oriented a must.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to manage multiple tasks while staying on target to reach expected goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Associates Degree preferred
• Must be willing to obtain insurance license after 90 days of employment, course and fees paid by agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
