Focus Resourcing Hiring for Accounts Receivable at Romford Full Time

Accounts Receivable temporary worker required to support a busy finance team in what will likely become a permanent position. Working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours) on an annual salary between £23,504 – £26,316.

Please note this is an office based role.

Duties:

• Track and receive incoming payments and apply to customer accounts
• Carry out daily cash count and manage banking
• Post incoming payments received onto various systems
• Raise and process all sales ledger invoices
• All other accounts receivable duties

Experience required:

• Minimum AAT Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Previous experience using Sage 200 is desirable
• Understanding of basic bookeeping
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
