Focus has partnered with an Atlanta company looking for a Talent Management Partner .

Compensation for the Talent Management Partner:

• $30/hr

Hours for the Talent Management Partner:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• 6 month contract
• Hybrid

Responsibilities for Talent Management Partner:

• The Talent Management Partner is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to recruit and retain high performing employees and partner with the Human Resources Business Partner to achieve maximum insight into workforce planning.

Qualified Talent Management Partner candidates should have:

• Experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of applicant tracking system technology and workflows.
• Experience in applicant sourcing, internet research, and/or passive applicant acquisition.
• Experience building networks and community relationships.
• Ability to use MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Social Media Platforms
• Ability to provide guidance at all levels of the organization
• Ability to understand and accurately interpret data
• Ability to remain organized and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
