Job Description.
In this role as account Manager at Focus Studio you will to the Director of Sales. The primary purpose of this role is to find and develop project opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and coordinate the sales process. Daily duties will involve researching new opportunities, directly client outreach, sales visits, presentations, and continuous follow up. Close collaboration with the design team and operations team will be required.

Responsibilities.
· Generate and qualify sales leads.
· Direct client outreach through calls, emails.
· Develop creative client engagement strategies.
· Development of new clients.
· Sales visits, client meetings, and presentations.
· Build and maintain sales pipeline.
· Develop sales projections and forecasting.
· Develop action plans, strategies, and key milestones for sales process.
· Generate quotes in conjunction with design and operations team.
· Continuous friendly follow-up.
· Ability to build and maintain client trust.
· Ability to maintain pleasant and enjoyable relationship with clients.
· Maximize sales opportunities through ancillary product and service offerings.
Qualifications
· Valid drivers license, fully insured vehicle, willing and able to spend time on the road.
· Some background knowledge of the design and construction industry.
· Degree is sales and marketing a plus.
· Excellent understanding of numbers for quoting purposes.
· Excellent presentation and speaking skills.
· Excellent listening and note-taking skills.
· Highly motivated to succeed.
· Committed to honesty, loyalty, and obedience.

Pay: $63,550.00 – $71,133.00 per year
