We are now recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager

To be successful in securing this role you must be a practice trained accountant and have previously managed a team.

The accounting and finance department is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.

This role is to support the Head of Financial Operations with overseeing end-to-end finance operations and financial planning and analysis, while looking to make improvements to procedures, as well as ad-hoc projects with new acquisitions.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

• Managing Audit and Preparing Statutory Accounts / Consolidation / Tax Compliance
• Preparation of Monthly Consolidated Balance Sheet and Cash flow for Management Accounts
• Managing the accounting and payroll team
• Management of the Balance sheet and Tax Compliance
• Support with the preparations of management accounts
• Reconciliation and analysis of key accounts
• Liaison with Auditors and advisors, HMRC VAT reporting
• Key point of business support for Senior Management Team and Divisional Heads
• Acquisition Integration and rationalization of corporate structure
