The opportunity
The financial technology sector is a dynamic industry to be part of and this is an exciting opportunity to come and join our Australia New Zealand Recruitment Team and be part of a company that is growing rapidly across the globe.
We are looking for our first Australian based recruiter who is really going to be able to help us reach our growth targets! We are a close-knit team who are part of a wider global recruitment team, working hard to support our portfolios and solve recruitment challenges for our stakeholders. You’ll be managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across our locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model.
We dont mind if you are located in any one of our three Australian locations although preference is for Melbourne.
What your day will look like:
  • Management of the full recruitment process including sourcing and assessing candidates through direct sourcing strategies. You’ll also be working with our supplier partners and manage those relationships.
  • Helping to build an effective employment brand within the market including promote the FNZ brand at university careers fairs, expos and industry events.
  • Building relationships with key local stakeholders and providing guidance to the business on recruitment market conditions, competitor hiring and remuneration information.
  • Talent pooling including building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment.
  • Tracking and reporting as well as maintaining our in-house recruiting system
  • Participating in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and getting involved in our recruitment focused projects.
What will you bring to the role?
  • Solid track record working as a Senior Recruitment Partner, preferably within an in-house recruitment model.
  • Experience in using innovative sourcing strategies to find and secure great talent including building and maintaining talent pools.
  • Experience recruiting within the FinTech sector is preferred but certainly not essential.
  • You’ll be organised, proactive, be able to hand high volumes of recruitment and be driven to deliver awesome results for our business.
  • You’ll have a collaborative, consultative approach, be solutions focused and quickly develop trust with our stakeholders.
  • Experienced in building upon and continuously improving internal processes and procedures and building external brand awareness.
