We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our established Training Department as part of the wider HR Shared Service function in Goole.

FMG Repair Services is home to c1700 colleagues across the UK and part of the wider ReddeNorthgate group with c6000 colleagues. FMG Repair Services operates in the Accident Repair Sector of the business across c70 bodyshops in the UK. With the growth of our training proposition, we require an additional member of the Training Department to assist us in managing processes and procedures, providing, and delivering efficient and effective administration support. Liaising with awarding bodies to support the ATA training programme and accreditation of colleagues in accordance with British Standards compliance. Providing support to the wider training programme and the facilitation of an e-learning function within our training academy.

About you:

• You will have prior experience of working within or directly supporting a busy Training Function.
• You ideally have experience of the automotive/accident repair industry and have a good understanding of compliance.
• Your IT skills are excellent, and you have exceptional attention to detail.
• Your customer service ethics and ability to build relationships with colleagues are second to none.
• You have excellent organisational and time management skills
