Office Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organised individual to maintain our office, as well as provide valuable support to our two company Directors. You will be an integral part of our team, keeping our office running smoothly day-to-day & be a key office culture ambassador. The position could be suitable for someone looking to work long-term as an office manager, or alternatively, a candidate looking to break into the digital marketing industry. This role will start as Part Time (3 days per week), with view to grow into a Full Time position.

Key Responsibilities

Reception duties 

• Maintain presentation of our workspace. e.g. maintaining shared meeting spaces & ensuring kitchen, printer areas are always tidy. 
• Maintain office supplies (stationery, groceries, office equipment, etc).
• Assist with the ordering, delivery & basic installation of office items.
• Phone & email communication with stakeholders as required.
• General office administration support. E.g. maintaining security pass log. 
• Assistance with documentation such as s, data entry, emails & letters. 
• Organise internal staff events, e.g. team lunches, birthdays & Christmas party.
• Ad hoc support to Directors as required.
• Ensure office plants are maintained (contacting maintenance company when they require upkeep).
• Liaise with Building facility management (occasional). 
• Filing (occasional).
• Travel & appointment setting (occasional).
• Mail coordination (occasional).
• Approach all assigned tasks with a proactive mindset, anticipating needs whenever possible and demonstrating initiative to enhance efficiency and productivity across the office.

Required Skills & Criteria

• 1+ years experience in either office management, or as an EA.
• Excellent organisational & time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office Google Suite & Microsoft Office software (including Google Sheets, Gmail & calendar).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders e.g. staff, suppliers & clients.
• Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Drivers licence & own vehicle. 
• Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to Haves Not Essential

• An understanding of marketing principles and business acumen. 
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
• Agency experience. 

Salary Bracket

$50-65k+super pro-rata, based on experience
