As a Commercial Videographer & Editor, you will play a vital role in our creative process, focusing on both capturing captivating footage and crafting visually stunning commercial videos through editing. Your responsibilities will span from operating professional cameras to post-production editing. This position offers part-time hours initially, with the potential for increased hours and pay as your skills and comfortability within the company expand.

Responsibilities:

Videography Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our creative team to understand project objectives, target audience, and desired video style.

Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.

Ensure video footage is properly exposed, focused, and stabilized.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for enhancing the visual storytelling of projects.

Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during shoots.

Editing Responsibilities:

Edit video footage using industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to create polished final videos.

Work closely with our creative team to refine video content, ensuring it aligns with the project goals.

Incorporate provided elements such as motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance the overall video quality.

Ensure seamless transitions, color correction, and audio enhancement in the editing process.

Manage and organize video files and project assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

Combined Responsibilities:

Ability to adapt to different shooting environments and adjust to changing project requirements.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your previous videography and editing work is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Proven experience in camera work and videography

Proficiency in operating cameras, lenses, and audio equipment.

Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality video capture and editing.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with creative team.

A passion for storytelling and an eye for creating visually engaging content.
