Fluor’s office in Farnborough is one of the company’s main execution centres undertaking projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. For our office in Farnborough (UK) we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic positions within the office and also supporting staffing for specific projects as required.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Writing technical job descriptions based on the needs per department
• Advice hiring managers on the recruiting process
• Keep track of the job market
• Recruiting candidates based on the needs of the strategic hiring plan
• Set and follow up on recruitment processes
• Graduate recruitment
• Participate in career events to find new candidates
• Keep track of the ATS system
• Building and maintaining a good network of candidates
• Schedule interviews with suitable candidates and follow up
• Set up job offers and negotiate with candidate
• Be the first point of contact for candidates
• Interface with groups inside and outside the organization (other Human Resource departments, Strategic Business Units (SBUs), projects, vendors)
• Communicate and work collaboratively within the context of a globally diverse environment
• Maintain a close working relationship with discipline management to ensure that services are properly executed and the needs of the company are met
• Establish relationship with direct manager and colleagues as a discipline expert
• Other duties as assigned
