Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities

Overseeing the entire recruitment process in terms of content, organization, and administration;

Screening of and intakes with candidates;

Sourcing for talent via different channels and job boards;

Leveraging social media for paid and non-paid activity sharing.

Your team:
You will be working alongside an enthusiastic and talented team with a diverse set of backgrounds, including a Talent Acquisition Manager, two fellow TA specialists, a TA Coordinator, and a TA intern. While there is autonomy in this role, the team members are always there to support one another and challenge themselves and others to their best potentials. We often partake in team activities such as going out to eat and have lunch together in our new office. Experience:

A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;

2-5 years of experience recruiting in software, product management, and commercial talent;

Proficient in English and preferably German or Polish language skills preferred;

Experience in a technology/IoT company preferred;

Video/Picture editing skills preferred.

Personal skills:
Proactive, creative, and out-of-the-box problem solver;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to work on your own as well as in a team within a complex organization, dealing with various collaborators.
