Fluidseal Ab Inc is Looking for Virtual Chat Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide online chat support to customers and clients
• Respond to inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and policies
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate responses to customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a virtual chat assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures
• Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in online customer service or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.30-$26.15 per hour
