Flow Tattoo is Looking for Shop Assistant/Cashier Full Time

We are a busy tattoo studio locating in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are looking for Part-time Weekend shop assistants that is able to work at our Queen West location.

You must be hard working, punctual, customer oriented and a team player

The job duties include but not limited to:

• Manage bookings and schedules for artist and apprentices.
• Cashier at front desk and close daily transactions
• Provide customer services such as consultation, quotation and deal with other customer issue.
• Answer phone calls, emails and online messages.
• Monitor online marketing such as Instagram or Facebook, maintain daily promotion task.
• Maintain and keep records of inventory and supplies, re-stock;
• Ensure the studio is sanitized at all times
• Open and close Shop
• Cleaning duties, include taking out the trash daily, maintaining cleanliness of public space in the studio and common area (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping etc.);

A basic knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Instagram, and other social media platforms is required.

We have all Covid-19 health measures in place and provide all medical level PPE to ensure the safety of all staff and clients

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$17.50 per hour

Day range:

• Every Weekend
• Weekends only

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
