Purpose for this role :

The Marketing Specialist will help drive the growth of the company and the impact we’re aiming to make. This person will be creating the campaigns that become the first point of contact for some new customers and the point of decision for others.

This position is about communicating with our potential customers and helping them see that we can be a key part of their journey to get into flow and peak performance.

Accountabilities :

• Pulling data from existing digital campaigns and utilizing analytics to improve marketing channel results
• Driving email marketing campaigns
• Media buying on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital channels
• Copywriting for both email marketing and paid social campaigns

Requirements

Skills to excel :

• Analytical and can consistently make incremental improvements on marketing campaigns
• Copywriting skills to drive traffic and conversion rates
• Ability to create cohesive marketing campaigns where paid and email work together
• Communication skills to clear bottlenecks across departments, get what you need from the team, and share and receive feedback

What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role?

Required

• Facebook Ads Manager
• Google Analytics
• Active Campaign or similar email marketing software
• HubSpot or similar CRM

Nice to haves

• Youtube Ads Manager
• SamCart or similar cart management software

Qualifications (Must haves) :

• Experience with spend of $50k+ / month across Facebook, Youtube, Google
• 5+ years in media buying experience OR 5+ years email marketing experience
• 1+ years in whichever of the above (paid media or email marketing) is your secondary skill set

Benefits

Salary range (for US based candidates) – $90,000 – $120,000
