Flow Control Group Hiring for Office Logistics Coordinator at North Kingstown, RI Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Utilize computer system in warehouse role: *Process goods receipt, confirm shipment, create packing lists, assist with inventory count, process returns
• Maintain an excel spreadsheet for non-conforming goods receipts and work with sales reps and vendors to resolve
• Utilize customer sites for logistics coordination an uploading completed BOL’s
• Utilize carrier sites doe freight quotes and bookings
• Prepare shipping documents – domestic and international
• Processing FEDEX & UPS shipments
• Answering and directing phone calls

Qualified applicants should possess excellent communication skills, ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload; and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
