Who we are looking for….
We are looking for somebody who truly wants to be a part of a team.
We are looking for somebody who has 2+ years in program, product and/or community management and preferably sophisticated customer retention strategy as well. We would prefer somebody who has experience in large scale online community management, but if you resonate with our brand and believe you can be innovative in this role, we invite you to apply.

This is not a training role.
We need somebody who has experience in customer service, written communication, video based communication and community engagement. We are looking to take our multi 7-figure brand to multi-8 figures and need somebody with the drive and knowledge to take us there.
Key Responsibility Areas
KRA #1: Set our members up for success by coordinating an excellent onboarding and membership experience through video and written communication.
KRA #2: Manage the flow, scheduling, and engagement of our private online communities
KRA #3: Active focus on upsell opportunities, renewal dates, and reducing churn
KRA #4: Coordinate membership awards, recognition, and appreciation
KRA #5: Student support and communications 1:1 and one-to-many for all events, updates, and support
KRA #6: Mastery of our educational content and programs
KRA #7: Manage student & administrative records through CRM
KRA #8: Actively improve the UX of our programs

How We Work
We have been a work-from-home company since 2015. With the exception of occasional in-person meetings and our annual live event, all team members are able to skip the commute and instead work from the kitchen table or their favorite local coffee shop.
We are a west-coast based business and our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. While our CEO and 50% of our team members are located in California, we have team members in TX, FL, GA, KY and more!

All team members should anticipate meetings during office hours throughout the week, but salaried employees enjoy our core value of “Permission to Prioritize” which means you’re able to schedule your independent work very flexibly. ***Weekend work may be required on occasion. You’ll be required to travel 1 – 2x annually***
