Flora Manufacturing Hiring for Warehouse Associate at Burnaby, BC Full Time

Flora Manufacturing & Distributing Ltd. is an established natural health supplement manufacturer and distributor. We are seeking to fill a full-time permanent Shipping Clerk, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring that the orders are accurately picked, packed and shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Processing of sales orders: picking, quality checking and packing orders properly based on established shipping methods

· Identifying, removing and reporting defective products

· Organizing daily order volume based on priority sequence

· Reporting discrepancies and participating in investigating discrepancies

· Unloading and loading containers

· Sweeping the warehouse daily based on the cleaning schedule

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Air Cargo Security Program is an asset

· Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail

· Able to communicate effectively and be self-motivated

· Able to lift to 50 lbs

· Experience in a fast-paced environment

· Work experience in a warehouse/shipping and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is an asset

· Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an asset

· Forklift Operator Certification is a requirement

· Criminal Record Check is a requirement
