FloForm Countertops Hiring for RECEPTIONIST/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Kelowna, BC Full Time

With 14 branches and five manufacturing facilities located in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year. Required immediately, our Kelowna Branch is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to grow the business and increase awareness of the FLOFORM brand.

Full-time Position- Monday to Fri 8am-4:30pm

The successful candidate will:
Have a High School Diploma with 1 – 2 years’ customer service experience, an eye for design or fashion and the ability to work in a team sales environment

Have a genuine interest to learn and follow a structured sales model

Have knowledge or background in design or similar field or experience would be considered an asset

Possess strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Be able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor

Have basic Computer knowledge and mathematical skills

Enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment

Be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Possess a valid Driver’s License and clear criminal record check

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating & selling the customer our products lines

Assisting customers in person, by Email or on the telephone in the selection of product

Processing orders and accepting payment from customers made over the telephone or in person

Inputting orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product

Establishing proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered

Handling quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty

Ensuring orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly

Resolving pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s) and maintaining customer service records

Maintaining the showroom, setting up displays as needed and overall cleanliness
