The Role

Field Enablement is looking to hire an 811 Operator to join our team. This remote role supports our field activities by overseeing and coordinating Call 811 activities across all operating markets.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Interpreting surveys and creating 811 tickets in anticipation of excavation activities.
• Work with multiple government agencies that create the national 811 dig network
• Acquiring and maintaining certification in states that have such a requirement
• Documenting and ing on exceptions
• Navigating Salesforce and internal software systems
• Communicating dynamic instruction sets in a fast-paced environment
• Responding to and investigating locate issues and anomalies
• Leverage custom software solutions to automate and manage high volume locate activity
• Provide internal customer service and cross department communication

We’re looking for people who:

• Familiarity with Field Service Delivery
• Understanding of excavation basics and 8-1-1 system
• High proficiency with web-based software applications
• Experience in a managed call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and able to navigate competing priorities
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail

Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $45,000 as well as stock options.
