About the Role:
A Data Entry Specialist assists with uploading and auditing product data and images into internal systems. The ideal candidate has a background in data entry, is meticulously detail-oriented and is a quick learner. We expect this role to be a team player with extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize. The ability to work independently and communicate effectively are also key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities:
Validate internal platform connections for new brand partners
Enter all product data for new listings in MagicOS platform
Source product data from vendor partner websites
Source product images from vendor partner websites as needed
Update product mapping for all products and color and size as needed
Maintain and update relevant internal documentation of upload and completion progress
Update managers regarding issues and recommendations for improvement or correctionFollow up on any discrepancies or missing products
Complete all assignments in a timely and satisfactory manner
Required Skills:
Experience in administrative work
Strong data entry/typing skillsTech-savvy, willing and capable to learn new software
Good judgment and decision-making in accordance with policies and procedures
Ability to work well in a team and independently with good time management skills and a positive attitude
Ability to troubleshoot independently and adapt to new technologies and processes
