Flight Centre Travel Group Hiring for Flight Centre Foundation Coordinator Full Time

Workplace Giving and partnership development:

• Identify what is important to our people at FCTG through feedback, surveys etc and then ensure our chosen charity partners align to our objectives

• Coordinate FC Foundation initiatives with internal Employee Resource Group/FC Foundation Champions across Australia, ensuring alignment to FCTG goals

• Drive the workplace giving program via internal campaigns to ensure our people are engaged and willing to give their money or time to our chosen charities

• Ability to build, maintain and grow stakeholder relationships

• Work with our chosen charity partners to ensure we are delivering on our commitments, and we are ensuring our people are connected to our chosen charities

Volunteer / Community Service Program:

• Make it easy for our people to engage in their local community and take advantage of volunteer leave

• Work with the internal communications team to drive engagement to ensure we are maximising our time in the communities

Administration:

• Monthly ing on FC Foundation Workplace Giving, Volunteer Leave, research

• Quarterly ing collation from Charity Partners

• Ensuring we are meeting the FC Foundation requirements as a registered charity to maintain DGR status

• Internal campaigns to drive engagement

• Research what our people want and what is available

• Budget management

At least 2 years working in the not-for-profit sector advantageous
