- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product and service related questions
- Processing orders and returns
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing product and service recommendations to customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to secure a quiet workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet
